All the news that's fit to forget about.

Since many voters remain undecided, I figured that if you can't make up your mind within 24 hours of entering the booth, then you might need some help. Being such a nice guy, I'll let you know for whom I'm voting tommorrow. (Note: This only applies to Connecticut residents, specifically those in the Middletown area.):
Governor
Do I really have to tell anyone not to vote for Rowland? Anyone who does hasn't been paying much attention to the state of the state or recent news. CRRA is only the tip of the iceberg. Vote for Bill Curry -- he's smart and has the right amount of eccentricity to be a great leader. In every respect, Rowland is an utter failure. Time for his smug face to return to whatever lost Lovecraft tale he slithered out from.
U.S. House: Third District
Being a member of the Green Party, I'd have to throw my allegiances to Charlie Pillsbury, even though Rosa DeLauro is a hard-working liberal. Why do Green Party candidates only take on races with strong Democrats (e.g., the Green who had been running again the late Sen. Wellstone made little sense -- I mean, it was PAUL WELLSTONE! You don't get any purer than him.). Either way, DeLauro will win by a landslide, but I'd like to see the Greens garner more votes and, with hope, give the Democrats a kick in their compromising asses.
[Note for Fifth District: Having grown up in New Britain, I have one thing to say: Vote Maloney!)
State Senate: Ninth District
Biagio Ciotto -- not only is he a decent Democrat, but he's got a cool name, too.
State House: 33rd District
Joseph Serra is my man. Why? Well, I actually had little interest in this particular race -- until someone from the Republican Marhevka campaign decided my front lawn, which sits next to a major intersection downtown, would be an optimal place to plant a campaign sign. Guess what, Team Marhevka? You lost three votes with that one, as well as a pretty nice sign, now sitting at the bottom of a storm drain outside my home.
U.S. President
Okay, okay, it's not for another two years, but I'm always prime to mention that Bush suck big hairy ones, and we as a nation must remember to reelect Al Gore when the time comes on '04.
