Like many people, I now find myself in a strange position: after working throughout college (and after) to have the sanctions against Iraq lifted, I'm now at odds with the White House in its request to lift sanctions. Am I just an asshole? No (well, at least, not on this issue ... I think). Fortunately, for my own sanity, Alternet has posted this article, which addresses this very predicament. So, if you're like me, don't feel too bad. We're not alone.
